Up and Forward are currently running a 10 week campaign called the ‘Golden Bin’/ ‘Rubbish Selfie’  which will run over two academic years, .The main focus of this campaign is to get as many students in the Fallowfield, Rusholme and Longsight areas and beyond aware of the importance of recycling.

Rubbish Selfie looks at attaching a golden tag to a communal bin every week, the aim of the campaign is to get students to find ‘the bin of the week’ and take a picture (selfie…as the youngsters like to call it) of themselves recycling, with the tag. They then upload this to our Facebook page and a winner is picked to win an EPIC prize! BUT first make sure you sign up to our Facebook page to get updates of random prizes being given to some of our Facebook likers so make sure you like our page for your chance to win! www.Facebook.com/upforward
